RESILEX

Construction machines

Different machines, one shared objective

Excavators, transport platforms, UAVs and handling systems do different jobs. Their value grows when they work from the same plan and the same site state.

RESILEX is not building a catalogue of unrelated robots. We are defining the interfaces that let specialised machines receive tasks, share work zones, hand results to one another and report what was completed.

Current portfolio: one active concept and several future directions

How it connects

  2. 02Transport
  3. 03Handling
  4. 04UAV and sensing
  5. 05Microfactory

People set the objective and retain control.

Roles on the site

Specialised machines for different parts of the work

The names below describe working directions. HEX is the first concept being developed in detail; the others remain future system roles.

  1. 01

    HEX

Experimental platform for earthworks and the first complete task-to-result loop.

  2. 02

    Transport

Move soil, materials and components between operations.

  3. 03

    Handling

Lift, position and hold components for assembly.

  4. 04

    UAV and sensing

Survey the site, inspect work and measure the actual result.

  5. 05

    Microfactory

Produce or repair standardised components close to a remote site.

01

A clear task

A machine needs more than a direction of travel

It needs a coordinate frame, a work zone, material information, safety limits, completion criteria and a clear way to return its result to the system.

  • Where to work
  • What to handle
  • How to finish
02

Verified handoffs

One operation must leave the next one ready to start

Earthworks may release a transport task; transport may unblock installation; a scan may confirm that the next crew or machine can enter the zone.

  • Dependencies
  • Shared work zones
  • Measured handoff
03

Built for service

No cab does not mean no people

Autonomous machines still need inspection, repair and recovery. Components, access points and manual override must remain understandable and safe for service teams.

  • Modular systems
  • Safe access
  • Manual recovery

Where we are now

HEX is the first machine under detailed study

Transport, handling and mobile manufacturing remain system concepts. They will be developed only when a clear operation and a useful interface with the Orchestrator are defined.
