From the project to a site ready for operation

The sequence is a development target. Useful automation can appear at individual stages before the whole site becomes autonomous.

    Define the asset, sequence, tolerances and acceptance requirements.

    Survey

    Record the terrain, boundaries and current conditions before work begins.

    Prepare the site

    Create access, work zones and temporary infrastructure.

    Earthworks

    Excavate, move material and measure the resulting terrain.

    Foundations

    Coordinate preparation, placement, concrete work and inspection.

Where we are now

The full construction lifecycle is a long-term target

The current focus is a much narrower loop around earthworks, site measurement and result verification. Later stages depend on evidence from that first work.
