For RESILEX, a Digital Twin is not only a 3D model. It is the shared record of what should exist, what machines are doing and what has actually been measured.

That record allows the Orchestrator to make the next decision from the real state of the site rather than from an outdated plan.

Keep the model accountable to the physical world

A useful twin closes the loop: information moves from the project to the machines and measured evidence comes back.

    Geometry, systems, sequence, tolerances and acceptance requirements.

    A specific operation with references, limits and a work zone.

    The approved operation changes the terrain, structure or equipment state.

More than geometry

The twin should represent the work, not only the object

Useful layers include the site, machines, routes, work zones, task state, measurements and acceptance status — all linked to their source.
